This week has been very stressful for me. I got grumpy. I got tired. I got a little bit ill. I decided to use all that nervous energy and stress for my benefit. I decided to really push myself a little out of my comfort zone and move my life forward just a little bit more.
But how?
Enter www.wishbomb.com . It's free and I have to say that it's working! It's a goal setting site. You can set 5 goals for yourself and they can be anything. You set their completion dates and then you're off.You can look through recommended articles or videos from youtube and even books and products from http://www.amazon.co.uk/ . You can add tasks to each goal and as you tick them off your to do list you earn points. Points win medals. There are other ways to earn points but I'll let you have a play around.
So this week I set myself the following goals:
1.To learn my lines for The Importance Of Being Earnest
2. To Exercise regularly
3.To be more organised
4.To be a more patient Mum
5.To save money
Obviously they are all on different time limits and have more detailed individual tasks and milestones. And I have promised to do some odd things if I don't reach my goals. Including; cutting my hair, singing karaoke and on one, just trying a little bit harder. Well, Im not going to punish myself for not being perfect.
"I wouldn't like to be perfect..."
So now I'm not stressed anymore. I'm still a little ill but that's OK, I just moved a deadline on a little bit.
